| Qualification: | Minimum education required is B.Sc. Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign University, with valid license of Pakistan Engineering Council. |
| Minimum Experience: |
03 years post degree experience in estimation / BOQ preparation / practical site inspection / construction experience with any local or foreign registered company or firm. Prior experience of dealing with contractors / vendors will be an added advantage. |
