| Eligibility Criteria: | • Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree or any other equivalent banking related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. • Minimum 15 years of working experience in Banking/ Financial Industry with at least 10 years of experience in Liabilities / Deposits Marketing & Management of which at least 05 years of senior level experience. |

| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: | • Oversee countrywide Branch Banking Network for Liabilities / Deposits / Retail Products. • Increase CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) deposits to improve the bank’s cost of funds • Identify low-performing branches and provide strategic interventions. • Overseeing Retail Heads, Area Managers, Branch Managers and Business staff of Retail Banking network to achieve assigned targets • Overseeing and coordinating with various functions for bank-wide business initiatives including introduction of new products. • Any other responsibility assigned by the Management |
