| Eligibility Criteria: | • Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. CFA, ACCA, FRM or any other relevant certifications may be an added advantage. • Minimum 15 years of Corporate Banking/ Investment Banking experience in Financial Services Industry with minimum of 05 years of experience at senior level. Candidates with Islamic banking experience may be preferred. • Candidates who are currently heading the overall Corporate & Investment Banking function in a Financial Institution are exempted from the above-mentioned experience criteria. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules. |

| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: | • Identify growth opportunities in corporate lending, trade finance, investment banking, and treasury services. • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of solutions. • Ensure robust risk assessment and management practices for the CIB portfolio, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Develop and implement the Corporate & Investment Banking strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets. • Any other Corporate & Investment Banking related task assigned by the Management. |
