How to Generate
• Log in to the BoK Digital App
• Tap on the Menu button on the home screen
• Tap on the Card Management button in Menu
• Tap on Request New Card in the Manage Cards menu
• Tap on Digital Debit Card as Card Type
• Select the card of your choice, i.e. Gold or Platinum and tap on Process button
• Select Account Number and Agree with the Terms & Conditions
• Set your Daily Transactions Limits and Card Expiry
• Your BoK Digital Mastercard is generated!
How to Activate / Deactivate
• Tap on Activate Card for E-com to enable E-commerce transactions , then set the duration
• Enter the OTP received on your registered email address and phone number and tap Submit
• Your BoK Digital Mastercard is activated
• To deactivate E-com transactions before your previously set time, tap on Deactivate Card for E-com
