• Lead and manage end-to-end Batch Hiring exercise/strategy for the Bank.
• Develop & execute annual Batch hiring plans for different functions across the Bank.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies, assessment centers, and bulk interview processes to ensure quality of the Batch hiring exercise.
• Drive Employer Branding initiatives for Volume / Batch hiring through university linkages, job fairs & digital platforms.
• Analyze metrics of the Batch hiring exercise, manage dashboards, MIS and present hiring progress to senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

07 to 13 years of relevant experience in HR / Talent Acquisition with at least 03 years in handling Batch / Volume Hiring, preferably in Commercial Banking / Financial Services Industry.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with concerned functions to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintain quality of hire.
• Manage recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports / MIS.

Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition preferably in Commercial Banking / Financial Services Industry.

• The Employee Relations Unit Head is a critical legal and operational role, responsible for architecting and overseeing a fair, transparent, and legally compliant employee relations ecosystem. This position serves as the custodian of organizational culture by directing all facets of employee conduct, discipline, grievance resolution, and workplace harassment prevention.
• Beyond compliance, this role is pivotal in fostering a holistic employee well-being culture in the organization.
• As a trusted deputy to the GH / DH HR, the incumbent provides strategic assistance on high-stakes HR matters and coordination in Employee Grievance / Disciplinary Action / Workplace Harassment committees etc.
• The role mainly encompasses the following important areas

                      - Disciplinary Actions, Inquiry Management & Appeals
                      - Grievance & Anti-Harassment Management
                      - Employees Well-being

Minimum 10 to 15 years of total working experience with minimum 03 years of experience in a similar / relevant role.

• Lead Organization Development, HR governance and policy frameworks in alignment with SBP regulations and applicable laws.
• Drive organizational structuring, workforce planning, workload assessment and staffing norms.
• Lead salary surveys, market benchmarking, compensation analysis and pay structure reviews.
• Develop and oversee executive scorecards, KPIs and performance management frameworks.
• Lead succession planning and critical talent pipelines for key leadership positions.
• Manage PMS, appraisal, promotion and merit-based salary review cycles. · Lead HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis and resource planning.
• Coordinate Board / HRRC agendas, working papers and presentations in line with governance requirements.
• Support senior management in organizational restructuring, transformation and change management initiatives.

10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits. Commercial banking experience is strongly preferred, with sound knowledge of Banking Operations, SBP regulations and Corporate Governance.
Candidates having strong expertise in HR analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation Benchmarking and Budgeting, along with Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and Board-level communication/presentation skills would be highly preferred.

02-03 years of Retail Sales (Liabilities/ Consumer) experience in a Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to candidates having Branch Manager experience in Islamic Banking

02 years of Branch Banking Operations experience in a Bank. Preference will be given to experienced Operation Managers.

01 year of Branch Banking Operations experience in a Bank

Minimum 07 year of Experience in Audits / Compliance & follow up/ Credits & Advances experience in a Bank. Preference will be given to candidates having follow up, Validation & Compliance experience in a Bank.

Minimum 02 years of Banking experience. Preference may be given to candidates having Branch Audit / Credit & Trade Hub Audit / Branch Compliance experience.

Minimum 03 years’ experience of Branch Audit / Continuous Audit / Thematic Audit.

02 year of Agriculture Credits experience in a Commercial Bank. Preference will be given to the applicants worked in Islamic mode of Financing.

03 years of Banking experience including 01 year of CAD/Credits experience.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Financial Institution, particularly those currently working in an Exchange Company / Foreign Exchange Company.

45 Years Max

05 years of relevant experience in Audit / Finance in a Financial Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Financial Institution, particularly those currently working in an Exchange Company / Currency Exchange Company.

05 years of relevant branch operations experience in a Financial Institution at Head Office. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Financial Institution, particularly those currently working in an Exchange Company / Foreign Exchange Company.

05 years of experience in Digital Fraud Detection / Prevention/ Investigation & Reporting within the financial services industry.

08 years of Audit / Finance experience in a reputable organization. Preference will be given to candidates having taxation experience in a Financial Institution / Audit Firm.

02 year of relevant experience in Treasury Operation, with strong knowledge of Money Market Operations, FX and settlement processes within a bank. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Islamic banking.

01-03 years of Audit/Finance/Compliance experience in a reputable organization. Preference will be given to candidates having prior ICFR experience in a financial institution.

03 year of Retail / Consumer Finance Sales experience in a Bank. Preference will be given to candidates having Credits / Financing experience in a bank / DFIs / Leasing.
