Eligibility Criteria: | • Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to master’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required. • 10 years of Corporate Credits experience in a Commercial bank. Preference will be given to candidates having Islamic Banking Experience. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules. |

Main Duties/ Responsibilities: | • Lead a team of RMs by setting individual targets for achieving the Bank’s asset growth targets. • Review and provide input to credit proposals and coordinate with concerned functions for obtaining credit approvals. • Conducting visits of projects/ business places of the existing and potential borrowers. • Continuous follow up in achievement of targets and channelizing their marketing efforts related to assets portfolio. • Build Relationship with the target corporate clients in the South region and win their trust by delivering services in line with their requirements. • Any other related task assigned by the Management. |
Location: | This position is based at Multan & Sialkot. |
Remuneration: | Market-based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates. |
