Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and offer management.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires, particularly for senior and critical roles.
• Oversees the utilization of various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, and internal referrals.

Employer Branding & Stakeholder Management

• Lead company-wide employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, career fairs, and university networks.

Policy, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with audit observations, SBP guidelines and internal control standards.

Reporting, MIS & Data Analytics

• Responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated recruitment database and talent pool.
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports related to hiring status, TAT, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to Head HR.
• Ensure preparation of hiring dashboards and analytics for management review and decision making

05 years of experience in Human Resource Management, including 02 years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience in a Commercial Bank.
