Eligibility Criteria:  •     Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in 
the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. 
•     Minimum 05 years of experience as executive assistant or secretary in Corporate Sector. Preference will be given to candidates having similar experience with C-Suite Executives.
•     Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities: •      Oversee the Managing Director’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
•      Take accurate minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
•      Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications to the MD, including screening and prioritizing emails, calls, Visits and correspondence.
•      Coordinate with internal departments, board members, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
•      Skilled in the efficient use of MS Office suite, IP phone systems, telephones and document management tools, including photocopiers and scanners etc.
•      Any other related task assigned by the Managing Director/ CEO.
Location:  This position is based in Head Office Peshawar.
Remuneration: Market-based remuneration package will be offered.
