Eligibility Criteria:	Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree. 12 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 03 years of relevant experience at senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios. ·Age Limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank’s financial performance. Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance. Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.
Location:	This position is based at Lahore
Remuneration:	Market-based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.
