Mr. Muhammed Shahid Sadiq is a professional Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Sadiq having experience of more than 40 years in audit, consultancy and tax practices both in Pakistan and the United Kingdom. He has been involved in various engagements related to external audits, due diligence of entities, tax advisory, tax compliance, appearing before the Tax Appellate Authorities and assisting Legal Advisors of clients representing their tax cases before the High Courts & Supreme Court.

The banking sector experience includes, audits of Bank of America, Faysal Investment Bank, Middle East Bank, IDBP, NDFC, Barclays Unit Trusts etc. and tax advisory and representations before the tax authorities and tax appellate authorities on behalf of Faysal Investment Bank, Faysal Bank.

He was affiliated with A. F. Ferguson & Co. (AFF) from 1980 to 2015 and was Partner of AFF from 1991 to 2015. Subsequent to retirement from AFF, he was admitted to the partnership of Deloitte Pakistan on June 01, 2016 and retired on August 20, 2018. He is certified Director for State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
