| Eligibility Criteria: | • Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to master’s degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan is required. • Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience in Financial Services Industry. Candidates with Islamic banking experience will be preferred. • Candidates who are currently heading the overall Investment Banking function in a Financial Institution are exempted from the above-mentioned experience criteria. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules. |

| Main Duties/ Responsibilities: | • Generate fee-based income for the bank. • Lead the issuance of debt instruments including Sukuk and syndicated financings. • Collaborate with financial institutions to structure and execute large-scale financing deals. • Market & participate in IPO underwriting, rights issue collections and agency / trustee services. • Any other Investment Banking related task assigned by the Management. |
