Strategic Leadership & Governance:

• Define and drive the strategic direction of the Digital Fraud Risk Management function across all digital and ADC platforms, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall risk appetite and digital transformation goals. •
• Establish and oversee robust governance frameworks for real-time monitoring, detection, and escalation of high-risk fraud mitigation strategies across all digital channels, ensuring timely intervention and loss prevention. •
• Provide executive-level oversight ensuring comprehensive detection techniques, documentation, and reporting to regulatory bodies, LEAs including SBP/PBA and 1LINK.

Industry Representation & Regulatory Liaison:

• Represent the Bank in interbank forums, regulatory committees, and industry working groups to influence policy, share intelligence, and strengthen collective fraud defense mechanisms.

05 years of experience in Fraud Risk Management /Digital Fraud Detection / Prevention/ Investigation & Reporting within the financial services industry.
