Eligibility Criteria:	• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. CFA, ACCA, FRM or any other relevant certifications may be an added advantage. • Minimum 15 years of Corporate Banking/ Investment Banking experience in Financial Services Industry with minimum of 05 years of experience at senior level. Candidates with Islamic banking experience may be preferred. • Candidates who are currently heading the overall Corporate & Investment Banking function in a Financial Institution are exempted from the above-mentioned experience criteria. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	• Identify growth opportunities in corporate lending, trade finance, investment banking, and treasury services. • Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of solutions. • Ensure robust risk assessment and management practices for the CIB portfolio, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Develop and implement the Corporate & Investment Banking strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets. • Any other Corporate & Investment Banking related task assigned by the Management.
Location:	This position is based in Head Office Peshawar.
Remuneration:	Market-based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.

Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, a qualified Chartered Accountant or any other equivalent degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, CAMS/ CFCS/ CCEP/CGSS or other certifications relevant to Compliance will be an added advantage. • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of Compliance and Audit/ Operations/ Risk/ Internal Controls in a Financial Institution with at least 05 years of Compliance experience at senior level. Candidates who are currently heading the overall Compliance Function in a Financial Institution are exempt from the above mentioned senior level experience criteria. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules. • Should meet criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Test” of State Bank of Pakistan.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	• To establish mechanisms for ensuring that all banking activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements. • To serve as Bank’s representative to the regulators with respect to Bank’s compliance. • Ensure that AML/ KYC/ CDD/ EDD/ CFT and all Credit, Business and Operations policies and strong internal control systems are in place. • To develop strategy and set direction for compliance function by formulating policies & guidelines that assist the Bank in effective management of Compliance Risk. • Development and implementation of adequate Compliance Risk mitigation tools such as Compliance Risk Framework and periodically reviewing the adequacy of the risk mitigation programs/ measures undertaken by the Bank. • To serve as a Chairman / Member of different committees of the Bank. • Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Managing Director/CEO/ BoD.
Location:	This position is based in Head Office Peshawar.
