Eligibility Criteria:	• Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of foreign qualification in the above disciplines, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. • Minimum 15 years of credits experience in Corporate / Commercial / SME / Retail Banking with a focus on credit evaluation and strategy development, trade sales and marketing. Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience. • Age limit will be governed under Bank’s HR Rules
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	• Ability to lead teams to drive SME client acquisition and portfolio management. • Responsible to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in SME financing. • Ensure that credit and trade sales activities are conducted in accordance with Shariah standards. • Understanding of Government and SBP schemes/initiatives to drive SME growth. • Cultivate robust customer connections, supporting the attainment of business goals and long-term profitability. • Identify and design area-wise strategies for SME financing, ensuring effective oversight of branch-level operations and business targets. • Any other related task assigned by the Management.
Location:	This position is based at Head Office Peshawar
Remuneration:	Market-based remuneration package will be offered to the right candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:	• Minimum education required is Qualified CA / ACCA / ACMA/ CFA (local or abroad). • Minimum 10 years of Audit or Finance experience in a reputable organization with at least 05 years’ experience in accounting & financial reporting and / or management reporting in a Financial institution. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience as financial controller in a financial institution.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:	• Head Financial Control Division will keep abreast with the changes in applicable laws, regulations, standards and how they impact the financial statements and financial control function. • Will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timelines and completeness of bank’s statutory financial reporting and regulatory reporting. • Will ensure monitoring, pre-audit, checking and approval of various expenses as per the approval matrix, laws, policies and budgetary limits. • Provide active assistance to the CFO in devising finance function strategies and ensuring ICFR for effective functioning. • Initiate and lead various process improvement and automation initiatives of Finance function. • Will be responsible for all tasks needed for effective and efficient functioning of financial control. • Perform any other responsibility as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
