| Eligibility Criteria: |
- Minimum education required is Graduation. Preference will be given to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any other equivalent related degree from a university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan or in case of a relevant foreign qualification, holds an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan. In addition, SHRM - CP, CHRM, CHRP or any other HR certifications & diplomas will be an advantage.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of working experience in the field of Human Resource Management & Development. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in the financial industry.
- Should meet eligibility criteria as set out in “Fit and Proper Test (FPT) Criteria” of State Bank of Pakistan.

| Main Duties / Responsibilities: |
- To supervise the totality of the Human Resource functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement across the Bank.
- To develop and implement HR strategies, Policies, and workforce plans aligned with the Bank’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management, providing facilitation on organizational development, workforce optimization, and change management.
- Any other Human Resource Management related task assigned by Managing Director / CEO / BHR&RC / BoD.
